In this book, the emphasis is laid on the fact that everyone is uniquely talented to attain excellence in this world. The steps needed to discover every individual's talents and uniqueness and how to maximize their use are described by using every letter of the word P-U-R-P-O-S-E. The first three letters, P-U-R denoting Potential, Uniqueness, and Reflection; are used to discover a person's inborn resources. Additionally, how to match these discovered inborn resources with a possible career choice is considered. Then, the last four letters, P-O-S-E, which stand for Passion, Optimization, Strategy, and Evaluation, are considered as principles for fulfilling and maximizing the use of any discovered inborn resources.
