Preparation and Charactreization of Tin Disulphide Thin Films: Using Spray Pyrolysis Technique
Dhanapandian S.
Tin disulphide is one of the best compounds suitable for solar cell fabrication and opto-electronic device, because of its favorable electrical and optical properties. Tin disulphide thin films can be synthesized using spray pyrolysis at different substrate temperature using SnCl2.2H2O and thiourea as precursor compounds. These films will be characterized with thickness measurements, X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy with Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (SEM-EDS), UV-Visible spectroscopy, Four-point probe technique and Photoluminescence.
