Despite the existence of enormous difficulties on the part of hearing impaired students, they can still be beneficiaries if they obtain a teacher who fulfills the following requirements: acquaintance with the various degrees of hearing losses, and their effects on language learning, the knowledge of the presence of different techniques or methods of teaching English language, one who is introduced with the psychology and the philosophy of deaf education, etc.
