As the author and practitioner of Arthasastra principles Chanakya established the concept of ?Zero Failures? and ?Zero Defects? in management with his terminology of Governance of a state or an empire. Application of Arthasastra is evident in the prime 90 years of governance of Mauryan Empire out of 136 years span of time. His philosophy was simple and humane centric. Philosophy was derived from practices. Philosophy defined limitations and regulations. Practice was scaled to heights and lengths to define the dream. At the same time of B. C.
