Conventional Versus Tubeless Pcnl: a Randomized Comparison of Large Bore, Versus Small Bore Versus Tubeless Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy

The Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL)is now become a fast and routine procedure for nephrolithiasis in most urological centres. The aim of study is to assess the changes in standard procedure and its outcome on patient morbidity. As we discussed that the conventional procedure need the placement of nephrostomy tube, so we assess , is the nephrostomy tube, is really worthwhile after procedure? if needed, is it necessary to put the large bore tube instead of small bore tube. we compare, the outcome of large bore, with small bore, and tubeless PCNL. we comes on conclusion, that patients with tubeless have definitely edge over those group having nephrostomy tube, with no added morbidity.
