Nutrients release during co-composting of poultry litter and fast food wastes is a regular phenomenon, however, after certain time period the rate of release of nutrients is high which depends on environmental conditions like temperature and microbial population. For co-composting mixing the three parts of poultry litter with one part of fast food is the best composition to get maximum amount of micro and macro nutrients.
