Memristor is a fourth basic circuit element after resistor, capacitor and inductor. Memristor is a very interesting device that has the power to store charge being a passive device. Recently, various researchers has proposed different type of memristor models. This book covers and review the commonly used memristor models and also covers the design and analysis of memristor. Further, logic circuit designing using memristor is explained in depth. Memristor are nano devices that can be used in VLSI architectures which leads to compact high speed circuits.
