Horticultural exports have been in the lime light as an important contributor to the economy of Ghana and other exporting nations. It has severally been linked to job creation and poverty alleviation. Due to the sector's importance to developing economies, the prevailing performance levels of firms was analysed using Ghana as a case study. Knowledge about performance levels enables the categorization of firms into successful or otherwise. It is possible that internal and external factors may put a firm in either of the categories. This book identifies these factors (determinants). Further, highlights of the factors that explains intensity of export success in Ghana is brought up.
