When companies attain the superiority by cost advantage and cost leadership, it is beyond-doubt that they can get the favour of clients and enrich by revenue. Hence, ABC has become a tool for IT companies in achieving the same. Although there are many advantages through ABC method, it cannot actually be applied by all the companies as it is a system and more clearly a culture.
