The national security of the Russian Federation is directly related to ensuring information security, and further on in the course of technological development this connection will become stronger and stronger. The content of national interests in the information sphere and the need of the state to ensure their security is dictated by objective realities. In turn, during the period of state development of the Russian Federation, a clear importance of conceptual documents that define the state policy in the information sphere, indicate the direction of development of research and lawmaking, becoming a significant factor in public life has been demonstrated.
