The poetic narrative in the present

The present work proposes to analyze, in a rather global study, the whole of the features of writing of the contemporary French author Maxence Fermine. In doing so, we will approach the subject from a double perspective, both synchronically, by seeking to identify what sets him apart from current literature, and diachronically, by studying his filiation, his opposition to certain literary or critical movements. So, we will base ourselves on the whole of his work, but more particularly on three works which seem to us emblematic: "Neige", "L'Apiculteur" and "Le Violon Noir". The aim is to study the aesthetic persistence of the poetic narrative in the contemporary work, to study the effects of reading and the mechanical springs in order to better understand its importance in the French literary field. Thus, the themes of poetry, art, fictionality, quest or travel will be approached in a generalizing perspective trying to better understand the Ferminian work.
