Justin hates his job. But he really likes Jolene. He can't stand his boss. But he loves the banter with his workmates. He dreams of freedom. But he needs the paycheck. Justin works in a call centre and it's getting him down. In his eyes, almost everyone who calls is an idiot. He longs for the day he can leave and do all the things he's always wanted to do. He also longs for his beautiful colleague Jolene, but she just sees him as a friend. When a new supervisor takes over Justin's team, his comfortable but boring world is turned upside down. Ford is loud and irresponsible, he boasts about sexual conquests and quickly takes a shine to Jolene. Justin struggles with his feelings for Jolene and his disdain for his job and his boss. As Ford becomes more involved with the team and their activities, both inside and outside of work, Justin gets ever more frustrated. Every day he asks people "how can I help?" Can he find a way to help himself?
