Cross Training has five systematic growth categories, each life-changing when applied. Cross Training is laid out in a systematic theological order, one can't turn to page 83 of the bible and know everything, it's spread out, we need to collect all the data and put it into an easy to follow order, Cross Training does this

Cross Training's 100 classes are the most important core categories of the Christian faith, including salvation, these five 100 classes can be used for evangelism or enriching. Cross Training's 200 classes explain the importance of Church, Prayer, and reading God's word. Cross Training's 300 classes prepare us for the trials of daily living, including how Satanic forces influence us. Cross Training's 400 classes deepen our maturity through service to God. Man is created for a purpose; we can only truly thrive by serving others. Cross Training's 500 classes bring us to the heart of the cross, which is each of us being able to teach others the message of Christ through Cross Training.

Each teacher has a personal relationship with their students, whether they are family, friends, or people within their churches, this makes teaching fun, personal, and deeply caring. Once a student completes the class, his student copy then becomes a leader's copy, thus we can hand this same knowledge one generation after another.
