Overall Curriculum ObjectivesThe students will: -Develop leadership skills through participation in different activities-Demonstrate positive behaviors and attitudes-Be able to set realistic goals for themselvesEmpowering students: -Teach lesson plans on time management and how to set proper goals-Help and inspire students to identify the steps they need to take to become successful-Work on relevancy and student engagement in class-Use words that motivate and inspire them to enable high performance in class-Be the mentor or teacher to help them become successful in life-Be open minded to help and assist with anything they might struggle with
