Our classrooms and communities are learning and growing spaces. How we show up in our community spaces, our understanding of love for self, family, community, and the world strengthens and empowers us in these spaces. We realize the importance of these spaces from which to grow, and the importance of Social Emotional Learning. Through understanding how we co-create in community we begin to cultivate a different landscape that works for us individually and, because of that, works for others. The following manual is a guide to and through embodiment practices, tools and techniques and an exploration into building community understanding. The activities and explorations within this module have been tested and proven effective over the past 25 years in education and community settings of all types, internationally. We have spent many years training bodies and minds. It is time to focus on the heart and how we as a human family, and the next generations, will empower, balance, and uplift our present and collective future. We come to understand how to cultivate the individuals gifts while working together in various ways, with settings, and as community.
