Alex Cox
Outrageous homage/parody of "spaghetti westerns," courtesy of director Alex Cox, follows three hit men (Dick Rude, Sy Richardson, and The Clash's Joe Strummer) and a pregnant woman (Courtney Love) who seek refuge in a ramshackle Mexican desert town after robbing a bank. They fit right in with the eccentric locals... until their none-too-pleased boss (Jim Jarmusch) comes looking for them... and the bullets start flying. With Dennis Hopper, Elvis Costello, Grace Jones, and Shane McGowan. Director's cut; 91 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack: English; audio commentary; "making of" documentary; featurette; theatrical trailers.
