Some lesser-known works by the guitar great here: Benson leads an all-star band including Herbie Hancock and Ron Carter on the Don Sebesky-arranged Shape Of Things To Come (1969); I Got A Woman And Some Blues, recorded in 1969 but not released until 1984; and Tell It Like It Is (1969), a studio album featuring classic takes on 'My Cherie Amour' and 'Soul Limbo'.
