37 years after their Suffolk debut, the revolution lives on for The Adicts. Their place in UK Punk history is solidified by the many anthems of their youth, and a long history as a hard touring band. The albums SONGS OF PRAISE (â81), SOUND OF MUSIC (â82) and SMART ALEX (â83) are punk rock standards, spawning three consecutive Top 15 UK Indie hits, and a Top 100 UK Pop hit. The Adicts are the longest serving punk band with an original line-up, as they dive head first into their 5th decade with 5 original members still donning white face and bowler hats. On September 11th Clockies around the world will stand up and celebrate the release of ALL THE YOUNG DROOGS, their 10th studio album.
