His Thoughts Toward You Alma

My name is Alma Miller. I was born and raised in Ponce, Puerto Rico. I moved to the United States in 1992 at the age of 14. By the mercy of God, I received Christ Jesus into my heart as my Lord and Savior two years later. Soon after that, I began to serve Him at a local church in Rochester, NY. As I served the Lord in the worship ministry, He began to reveal to me His calling for my life. He showed me a scripture in 1 Peter 2:9 "...that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light". Since then I've purposed in my heart to "sing to the Lord as long as I live; and I will sing praises to my God while I have my being"(Psalm 104:33). Ever since, I've been using the gift God has given me to sing at churches, various outreaches, worship conferences, and other special events. He has also blessed me with the opportunity to write and record music. I started writing songs for my second CD, "His Thoughts Toward You", in 2004. The CD was completed and released early in 2006. The main theme for this project is to remind people that God loves us with an everlasting love, and that He has a wonderful plan for our lives. All we need to do is open our hearts to Him and let Him rule and He will reveal this plan to us. The Holy Spirit and His word inspired the songs on this CD. My prayer for everyone who listens is that they would meditate upon the great and marvelous works of our Creator and that they would fall deeper in love with Him. May the Lord richly bless you.
