Slide guitar playing with a bottleneck started at the same time as when the first Blues song was recorded! Son House, Kokomo Arnold, Furry Lewis - all played slide guitar! In the 50´s the slide-playing came to Chicago... Muddy Waters, Elmore James and Hound Dog were the greatest names - but there are many others - even today! John Primer, Lil´Ed Williams are now the best who still play this style! This CD is a must for all 'slide'-fans!!

W/LIL' ED WILLIAMS, EDDIE TAYLOR, LOUIS MYERS, CUB KODA
