Phil Julian falls into that group where people say " He ain't wired normal". But it's genetical - the nut doesn't fall far from the tree. Whereas Phil has endeavored to get serious (his first CD "You Never Know" is solid Christian themes ) he is also prone to spontaneous puns, practical jokes, double entendres and skewed outside the box interpretations of common events. Phil performs both serious and silly songs, depending on the venue, but people continue to request "the funny stuff". So we present to you "Road Songs", so named because many of the songs on this CD were composed while Phil was driving and his mind was in La-La land. Buckle up and enjoy the ride.
