Fuzz Psych & Surf 2: More Gara
An unusual collection of garage rock, surf, psyche and fuzz that collects music from more varied sources than your average compilation, Fuzz, Psych & Surf, Vol. 2 draws from the well known to the obscure to create a musical landscape that documents the outer reaches of the genre from the late 1950s to the early 1970s and its lasting impact on the American musical terrain. Featuring such obscure gems as jazz guitarist Bucky Pizarellis lone 1961 venture into surf rock; and keyboard innovator Farley Parkenfarkers unique interpretation of a time honored classic. All selections have been newly remastered.
