As one of Getz' best and acclaimed works, this classic jam session will always owe itself up to the irresistible and smooth fascination. Once again, Stan Getz would impress the Jazz scene with yet another highly successful jam session. This album is like two sax shaped butterflies, one baritone, one tenor darting around one another. Together Mulligan and Getz make the most sublime combinations and riff off each other with a musical choreography that is dazzling. On 'Chocolate Sundae', a collective ten-minute improvisational Blues number, the stellar tack set conclude on other snappy tracks like an exquisite upbeat take on 'When Your Love Has Gone'.
