Georges Lentz: from String Quartet (S)
Noise String
This album presents a 70-minute journey through the ethereal soundscape of Georges Lentz's String Quartet(s), derived from the 43-hour fixed media collage played continuously in the Cobar Sound Chapel. Located in the Australian outback, this collaboration of architecture, music and indigenous art transforms a forgotten water tank into a meditative sanctuary.
