In this poem book you will see the pieces of my life; I like to call it the puzzle. I remember on that cold wintry day when I dazed at myself in the mirror. I seen the cracks and the lines that all came together to create who I am and who I've become. One by one, I started to put the pieces back together by filling the gaps that have left me feeling lost. I want for you and me, for us all to see that it is never too late to believe. No matter what we have endured, we can overcome any obstacle and continue to smile in the face of adversity. Although many pieces of my life are broken beyond repair, I still care enough to write what I feel. From all the devastations to all the beautiful creations, you will find a life filled with dream catchers and twisted trees; all these emotions that make up me.
