He currently works as a regional leader for Converge Southeast, a region of Converge Worldwide, among pastors and churches of many cultures, including Haitian, Latino, Filipino, Anglo American and African American. Steve's Doctor of Ministry degree is in Executive Leadership. He is a strategic thinker, a relational networker, a mentor and coach to pastors and young leaders. Steve conducts Unfinished Business seminars for churches, teaching spiritual transformation, and consults with churches about church renewal and about church systems using his Increasing Church Capacity materials. Steve is an extensive reader and has wide interests, including travel, trivia, history, Jane Austen, the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia and Sudoku. Married for 38 years to his wife, Shirley, they have 4 children and 3 grandchildren. Their home base is in central Florida.
