Have a change of mind 14 Chapter 2 Finding Purpose But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light. Which in time were not a people, but are now the people of God; when had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy. 1 Peter 2:9-10 If you are reading this book, my friend, you are chosen and favored by God! Bless the name of the Lord! To be favored means to have been granted or conceded special privileges or rights. Sons and daughters of God, we have been granted these special privileges and rights through, Christ Jesus. We were created for a great cause, in the Lord. You better believe God's favor is on your life. This chapter, "Finding Purpose," was inspired because I have been in the company of many who didn't know the purpose in which they were created. The Lord told Jeremiah, "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to nations." You and I were appointed long before we were ever thought of. There are assignments with our names on them, so I am asking you, are you ready to accomplish the assignments set before you.
