Nikolaus (Niko) Steiner was your average college student geek. He spent much of his free time playing games and watching anime with his friend Steve. That all changed one day, while coming out of class he meets a girl with incredible blue eyes. So much so, he did something that few geeks would ever dream of doing. He talked to her! Now though, at this cross road in his life, he finds himself at odds with the man he calls "father" and the girl of his dreams. The man he calls father raised him, sort of... He spent most of Niko's life working on secret government projects, but his lucrative careers has provided Niko with a good life. However, this girl, who is she? Why is she being followed? What secrets does she have to hide? Is she Russian? She has an accent that he just can't seem to place. In the course of just a few days Niko's life begins to unravel as the life he thought he knew and a reality he could never dream possible, collides! Will he survive to tell the tale? And who on Earth would believe him?
