Tracking down a drug dealer responsible for the death of a naïve young woman, crime reporter Michael Carsagian unexpectedly stumbles into a dangerous cat-and-mouse game when he discovers the man dead. The drug dealer left few clues, but two security agents from a secretive pharmaceutical company know the man was an important link to solving their problem. Reluctantly they agree to involve Michael in their desperate search for a villain called Lazarus and a stolen miracle cure that ironically threatens catastrophic consequences not only for St. Gregory but for the world beyond.
