Sea Inside the Soul is the chronicle of the summer that will lead Morena to an internal and external makeover, going through those oh so delicate and exciting steps that turn every girl into a woman. The sweet and unassuming girl, always ready to indulge her parents in their control freakiness, is no longer a little thing and she starts to harbor different needs, a new craving for freedom and independence. The world around her doesn't help: if her family is the typical expression of the southern low middle-class, the young people she meets in Oti are a spoiled breed with an apparently total freedom of action and a confidence that is totally alien to poor Morena.
