My prayer for the person reading this is that you become really acquainted with the person you are within. Embrace the flaws, the adversities, the beauty, and then turn them into a positive testimony. When you have truly done this, you will begin to understand your worth and stand tall in it. What has helped me first and foremost on my journey in life is spending time with and listening to God, and I thank Him for all the many blessings He has bestowed upon me. For health and balance, I incorporate jogs in the park. In addition, I make time for the spa to de-stress, to detox, and to relax for mental clarity and peace of mind. Knowing my worth is important. I am now able to look in the mirror and repeat these words: I AM BEAUTIFUL, I AM WORTHY, and I KNOW MY WORTH.
