Freedom's DreamAmerica's First Woman PresidentThis novel depicts the history and background of America's First woman President. It covers Four generations, involving WW II, *Mig Alley in North Korea, undercover work, prostitution in Europe, terrorism in Lebanon, about Israel, and eventually the White House. The story starts with Ivan, a Russian fighter pilot stationed with the allied armed forces in Great Britain during World War II., and ends with Kate, becoming America's first Woman President. At the end of WW II, Ivan returns to Russia, where he is trained to fly the new Mig jet-propelled fighter planes. Soon after, he is sent to North Korea. Here, his job was to engage American pilots in combat. They called the area of engagement Mig Alley. He is ordered to engage and destroy American aircraft. This is true. The world did not know this at that time. All thought the planes were manned by North Korean pilots, but it wasn't until many years later that the truth became known. Since having lived in a democratic society during World War II, it is Ivan's dream to defect from his communist country. Not just for himself, but for the family he loved, for his wife Katya, who carries their unborn child and for his son Gregor. He wishes the future for his family to be in America. With his pregnant wife and son at home, he needs to find a way to get them all with him. He has a plan. Will it work? It must.
