Pesky Little Seeds
A J Carpenter
On a rare sunny day, in May, in a maternity ward, lies four women; all having experienced variants of the same basal organic process. All pawns in life's evolution and yet their stories couldn't be more different. Join them on their complicated and, at times, scandalous journeys from conception to contraction as they deal with the beautiful, yet terrifying paths ahead of them. Meet the men in their lives, seed donators and otherwise, and wonder at how their unconventional paths to parenthood will turn out. Will their beautiful, scrunched-up babies burden them for life or give them a fresh start? And will any of them find ever-lasting happiness or just end up stretched, saggy and alone? Funny, moving and horribly honest.
