Institutionalized: a Piltdownlad Zine
Kelly Dessaint
Piltdownlad #6 features the ?Institutionalized? story cycle, an exploration of abuse told from the perspectives of four participants. Interspersed among the narrative are actual court records from the trial, newspaper clippings, song lyrics, photos and other miscellany. A true story. Not for the fainthearted or the hardhearted. ?A powerful, humanizing work.? ? Broken Pencil ?This powerful zine demonstrates what it means to create space? shape shifting and, at times, completely absurd.? ? Maximum Rocknroll ?You can?t get much more real than this. A brave zine?? ? Craven Rock ??essential reading.? ? One Minute Zine Reviews
