While most followers of Jesus know that we should be engaged in daily prayer, Scripture reading, worship, fellowship, and ministry, the reality is we often aren't. Life gets in the way. Perhaps we get overwhelmed by the process, or we simply don't see the value in spiritual growth. As a result, church seems shallow and our faith is weak and unattractive to the world. This book is an attempt to introduce - or reintroduce - ordinary Christians to the core issues vital to personal and corporate spiritual formation.
