Writing Workshop: Examination Level Csec English Terry Nisbett 1. izdaja

Writing Workshop is directed at high school students, adults pursuing additional qualifications and either taking classes or engaging in self- directed study in order to pass CXC English A examinations or improve their writing skills for work. Most other textbooks for English A focus on comprehension and grammar exercises. Writing Workshop satisfies the need for a text to fill the gap to acquire skills needed to write summaries, speeches, arguments and other forms of persuasive writing, short stories, reports and descriptions. The text includes numerous activities for practice as well as samples of writing to provide a guide to the appropriate skill level expected. It is a highly valuable instructional text for teachers, those in the tutoring business and for parents assisting their children to improve their writing skills.
