Neal Bledsoe, AnnaLynne McCord and Val Kilmer star in this action drama set in the immediate aftermath of the American Civil War. Former confederate soldier Frank Connor (Bledsoe) is now a merciless bounty hunter when two young children turn up on his doorstep seeking his help to be reunited with their mother, Heather (McCord). However, as Connor does all he can to reunite them he faces off against an old foe and unravels a deep-seated conspiracy at the heart of the Texan law.
