Kilroy Was Here
Maccoll,ewan / Seeger,peggy
By the release of Kilroy Was Here, Peggy Seeger and Ewan MacColl had been singing together for twenty-four years. This collection of music features the duo at their best. Combining witty lyricism with haunting harmonies and lively accompaniments the music is at once entertaining yet with a biting political edge. Be sure to read the confusingly coherent introduction found in the liner notes which feature song commentaries and lyrics by the artists.
