From The Pyre, due October 17 , 2025 via Island Records, is the eagerly awaited second studio album from the five-piece, The Last Dinner Party, produced by Grammy-winner Markus Dravs, known for his work with Florence & The Machine, Wolf Alice and Björk.

Every track is deeply character‑driven but remains intensely personal - ghosting becomes a Western dance with a killer, heartbreak laughs in the face of apocalypse - invoking imagery of rifles, scythes, sailors, saints, cowboys, floods, Mother Earth, Joan of Arc, and blazing infernos. Sonically and thematically, From The Pyre is darker, more raw, and earthier than their debut Prelude to Ecstasy. Rather than an opulent table setting, it unfolds looking out at a sublime landscape, metatextual and cheeky in places, like a knowing reflection back at themselves.

From The Pyre is a collection of stories, drawn from 'The Pyre', an allegorical place in which each song (or tale, rather) originates.
