Ground Effect Micke

Washington DC's Micke needs little introduction, having released on such influential labels as Perfecto, ProBTech, Stripped and more, and produced numerous dance floor gems alongside the legendary Sandra Collins. A star on the rise, Micke has added a number of upcoming Dissident releases to his already busy diary! Ground Effect first appeared last year, on our Dissident Miami 2020 compilation. A lower tempo breakbeat track with solid indie vibes, it met with considerable approval from the DJ cognoscenti. We had to get a full release on this one, so Dissident's own Abstrakt. Digital took on the task of remixing it. And what a remix! Emotional top melodies cascade over tight beats, incorporating progressive and trance elements, while maintaining the indie aura of the original. A truly timeless release! This is one not to miss, as both artists are core to Dissident Music in 2021 and have loads of goodies on the way. Stay tuned!
